THE BIBLE ROAD TO SALVATION
1. Everyone needs salvation because we ALL have sinned.
• Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
• Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
2. The Price (or payment) of sin is DEATH.
• Romans 6:23 For the wages (payment) of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
3. Jesus Christ DIED for our sins. He PAID the price of our sins.
• Romans 5:8 But God commendeth (showed) his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
4. We receive salvation and eternal life through FAITH in Jesus.
• Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe (faith) in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
• Romans 10:13 For whosoever (if anyone) shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
5. Salvation through Jesus Christ brings us into a relationship of PEACE with God.
• Romans 5:1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
