United StatesService Times: Lord's Day Worship Service: 10:00amPhone: (325) 220-1881Pastor Name: Audey ShepardKJV Position: Use KJVWorship Style: TraditionalReformed Baptist Church of Coleman is a new church plant located in Coleman Texas. It is our humble desire to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ preached in Coleman and surrounding counties and to establish, by God’s grace, a fellowship of believers who truly desire to “walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; while Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace” (Eph 4:1-3). We are a Christian fellowship which unashamedly proclaims salvation by grace through faith, in the tradition of historic Christianity: where Scripture remains the sole authority for all faith and practice; where earnest contending for the faith is exercised without being contentious; and where Christ’s glory is sought in all we say and do! We warmly invite you to come and worship with us. We believe the London Baptist Confession of 1689 generally represents the doctrines of the faith to which we hold.

The pastor is Robert Wall. OUR BELIEFS 1. THE SCRIPTURES We believe in the plenary, verbal inspiration of the sixty-six books of the Bible. The Old and New Testaments are inerrant in the original writings, and they are the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and practice. We believe that the Masoretic Text of the Old Testament and the Textus Receptus of the New Testament are the preserved Word of God. It is our practice to use only the King James Version. 2. THE GODHEAD We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons ~ Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. 3. CREATION We believe in direct and instant creation that was completed in six literal, twenty-four-hour days. We reject any theory of evolution. 4. THE PERSON AND WORK OF JESUS CHRIST We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became man, without ceasing to be God, having been conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin that He might reveal God and redeem sinful men. This redemption was accomplished through His death on the cross, and was made sure to us by His literal, physical resurrection from the dead. He ascended into heaven, and is now exalted at the right hand of God the Father. 5. THE PERSON AND WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT We believe that the Holy Spirit is the Supernatural Agent in regeneration and sanctification, indwelling equally and permanently every believer and sealing him unto the day of redemption. 6. THE WAY OF SALVATION We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to sinful man by grace and received solely by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. All who believe in Him are justified on the ground of His shed blood. We reject all theories, philosophies, and theologies that are inconsistent with the Bible. We reject the systems of Calvinism and Arminianism. We conclude biblically that Christ died for all men and that salvation is appropriated by individual choice by faith in Jesus Christ. We reject an “unconditional election” to heaven and a predetermined sentence to Hell as being unbiblical. We believe that all who receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith are born again of the Holy Spirit, are the children of God, and are eternally secure. 7. THE DEVIL We believe in a literal devil who was the agent in the fall of man. He is presently the prince of this world, and he will be judged and shall be eternally punished. 8. THE CHURCH We believe that a New Testament Baptist church is a local assembly of baptized believers, assembled for worship, edification, and obedience to the Great Commission. Baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper are the only two ordinances of the church. The pastor and deacon are the only valid officers. 9. BIBLICAL SEPARATION We believe all believers should honour the Lord by a life of separation from the world’s philosophies and practices. This separation should affect the believer morally, personally, and ecclesiastically. We stand in opposition to the Ecumenical Movement, New Evangelicalism, Neo-Orthodoxy, the Charismatic Movement, and Cooperative Evangelism between churches who are not of the same faith and practice. 10. THE RETURN OF CHRIST We believe in the imminent rapture of the believers of this current age, followed by a literal seven-year period of tribulation upon this earth. This tribulation time will be climaxed by the return of the Lord Jesus Christ to the earth to introduce a literal millennial reign. 11. OUR ETERNAL STATE We believe in the bodily resurrection of all men–the saved to eternal life, and the unsaved to judgment and everlasting punishment. We believe in a literal heaven and a literal hell.

The pastor is Benjamin Barrack. First Baptist Church of Pine Lakes is a friendly Bible believing, Bible teaching, God fearing, God loving church that lives by His inerrant Word from the King James Bible. Doctrinal Statement We believe that love one for another as Jesus loves the believer manifests our discipleship, proves our love for God & symbolizes our authority as New Testament churches. Love is therefore the great commandment of the LORD Jesus Christ upon which all others are dependent John 5:1-3; Rev. 2:4, 5). We believe in the infallible, verbal inspiration of the whole Bible & that the Bible is the all-sufficient rule of faith & practice160; 2 Tim 3:16, 17). We believe in the personal triune God: Father, Son & Holy Spirit, equal in divine perfection We believe in the Genesis account of Creation We believe that Satan is a fallen angel, the archenemy of God & man, the unholy god of this world, & that his destiny is the eternal lake of fire Rev. 20:10) We believe in the virgin birth & sinless humanity of Jesus Christ (Matt. 1:18-20; 2 Cor. 5:21; 1 Peter 2:22). We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ We believe the Holy Spirit is the divine Administrator for Jesus Christ in His churches We believe that miraculous spiritual manifestation gifts were done away with when the Bible was completed. Faith, Hope, & Love are the vital abiding Spiritual Gifts We believe that man was created in the image of God & lived in innocency until he fell by voluntary transgression from his sinless state, the result being that all mankind are sinners Rom. 5:12, 19). We believe that the suffering & death of Jesus Christ was substitutionary for all mankind & is efficacious only to those who believe We believe in the bodily resurrection & as bodily resurrection of His saints Thess. 4:13-18). We believe in the premillennial, personal, bodily return of Christ as the crowning event of the Gentile age. This event will include the resurrection of the righteous to eternal heaven, & the millennium will be followed by the resurrection of the unrighteous unto eternal punishment in the lake of fire & that the righteous shall enter into the heaven age Rev. 21:8). We believe that the depraved sinner is saved wholly by grace through repentance toward God & faith in the Lord Jesus Christ John 3:16-18; Acts 20:21; Rom. 6:23; Eph. 2:8, 9;),convicts (John 3:6; We believe that all who trust Jesus Christ for salvation are eternally secure in Him & shall not perish10:27-30; Rom. 8: 35-39; Heb. 10:39; 1 Peter 1:5). We believe that God deals with His believers as children, that He chastises the disobedient, & that He rewards the obedient Matt. 25:14-23; John 1:12; Heb. 12:5-11; 2 John 8; Rev. 22:12).
