Pastor Dan Edens and his wife Terri have been in the ministry since 1981. God gave him and his wife the burden of beginning the work in Lancaster some months ago. Pastor Edens’ vision for Anchor Baptist Church is an Independent, Bible Believing, Family focused church that comes together to Worship God and to love one another as Jesus Christ loved us. Pastor Dan also believes that love is not just for inside the church but also for the world to see and experience through the church’s ministries. His desires are to see God us Anchor Baptist to reach not only adults but also children and young adults as well. In addition, His prayers are for The Lord to use this church in the future to establish a strong worldwide Missions outreach as well as a pregnancy hot-line, men’s and women’s mission, and even a summer youth camp to reach others for Jesus Christ.
