  • 1 Review on “Tabernacle Baptist Church - Concord, CA”

    • Thomas Ciaramitaro Post author

I am the pastor reviewing the church I pastor, so take what I say with a grain of salt 🙂

Our tag-line for Tabernacle is Love. Joy. Jesus. That pretty well sums up what we strive to be.

We Love the Lord. We Love each-other. We Love the lost. We want nothing more than to be used by God to make a difference around us.

We have Joy in the Lord. We enjoy serving Him. We worship Him with Joy. We preach and teach the message of the Word of God with Joy. Because what Jesus did for us, is an incredible thing.

We rejoice in the cross of Jesus Christ. We keep our Saviour Jesus Christ central. We are not a pep-talk church; Jesus Christ is central. We preach and teach godly living; yet Jesus Christ is central. We preach action; yet our Saviour Jesus is the motivator. Truly, “We love him, because he first loved us” I John 4:19

We are far from perfect. Yet we glory in the cross of Jesus Christ. Our times of worship and preaching are not polished perfection, yet we glory in the cross of Jesus Christ. We are imperfect humans, who love and serve a perfect Saviour!
