We are striving to be a burning light in Decatur, first and foremost by being zealous for the Glory of our God and by exalting his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ and him crucified. Our motivation for saturating our community with the gospel is a love for Christ and his gospel. We soundly reject the man centered theology and methods so prominent in many Baptist churches. Our goal is not to invent ways to draw a crowd, but rather feed the saints with the word of God that they may go out and be “fishers of men.”
