Gospel Light Baptist Church – Powhatan, VA was started some 50 plus years ago in the heart of Powhatan, Virginia on Anderson Highway.
Since 2015 we have seen God move in a great way in our midst! Our church is growing and seeing new people just about every Sunday!
We have a well balanced mix of senior adults, children and young families!
At Gospel Light Baptist Church we still sing the old hymns and we enjoy old fashion praise and worship, At Gospel Light Baptist Church you will be welcomed a by a very friendly church family! If you are new to Powhatan or just looking for a new church home, we would love to have you!
Our church is looking for a part-time youth and music pastor. We are located right outside of Richmond Va in beautiful Powhatan County. This position will eventually lead to a full time position.
