The church has been here 28 years and the current pastor has been here 11 years. There are two towns close together that have about 2600 people and the county has just under 20,000. Very small attendance. The church supports 7 missionaries.
Before the current pastor came the church went through a lot of struggles, they were without a pastor for years, since we’ve been here the church has made great strides. Yes, there will be challenges and the pastor will have to be bi-vocational and the pastor will have to be willing to serve in a rural community. It is a much needed work, God has shown us that throughout the years.
We are traditional in our music. We are KJV only. We are pre-trib. We reject Calvinism and replacement theology. We are closed communion.
