Seeking Assistant Pastor
Pioneer Valley Baptist Church is an independent fundamental Baptist church located in Westfield, Massachusetts. Our average attendance is 150-175. Our current Assistant Pastor has been with us for six years, but feels God is calling him to pastor. So, we are seeking a new Assistant Pastor to join our team as our church continues to grow and expand. Our church uses only the King James Bible and believes in conservative, Biblical music and dress standards. Compensation includes a full-time salary/benefits package.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and participate in the soulwinning and outreach ministries.
• Direct and oversee the teen group and children’s ministries and activities.
• Serve alongside our Senior Pastor in teaching and discipling.
• Assist the Pastor in weekly administrative tasks.
• Oversee the maintenance of the property and buildings.

Qualifications:
• Graduate of a fundamental Bible college.
• Must possess the qualities outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:7-9, exemplifying strong Christian character.
• Two years ministry experience preferred.
• Musical ability a plus.
