We are a small rural church (50+) looking for an associate pastor to assist our pastor in the ministry. His responsibilities would includes teaching, preaching, visitation and soul winning. We would like our associate pastor to have a desire and ability to reach the youth and young adults in our area. Our associate pastor would have to be self supporting or be willing to work a job outside the church. Some monthly support from the church is possible as the Lord provides and as the church continues to grow. Our church is not organized as a corporation but rather operates under a legal binding trust held in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. We use the KJV Bible because we believe it is a trustworthy version of the Holy Scriptures. We also maintain a Scriptural balance between Sovereign in Election and Human Responsibility.
Must have 5 years experience in church related ministry, must be a member in good standing with a church of like faith. Must never have been divorced, if married his wife must never have been divorced.
