We are in need of a servant first and foremost. We are a small town of 4,500, but a growing church ministry. Our Youth and children’s programs run 70+ on Wednesday nights. The Youth saw 48 teens go to camp this summer 2024. We have a volunteer running the Youth at the moment who is training for ministry, but is not fully equipped for the position as of yet. As the Pastor I need steady qualified leadership in the Teens as well as someone flexible enough to help with other areas of ministry throughout the week. This position will be the second full time staff position at the church. God is doing remarkable things growing the ministry here consistently for the past 5 years to an adult attendance of 150-170 on Sundays. Must be a married man or engaged at time of employment
Aged 21-30.
Completed Bible College or correspondence course (i.e F.B.I.)
Congregational Song leading ability is preferred, but not required.
Flexible & servant minded.
Willing to promise minimum of 3 years before moving to another ministry
Current Pastoral Recommendation.
Willing to have 2 phone interviews
Willing to travel to meet the church with a minimum 5 day stay (Saturday-Wednesday)
Pass an extensive criminal background check (C4 operations)
