Friendship Baptist truly lives up to its name. You will find our people to be genuinely loving and friendly. We’re not an exclusive country club. College Park Baptist Church is an Independent Baptist church in Cary, North Carolina, offering the following ministries, doctrinal positions, and affiliations: Kids4Truth, KJV Position Undeclared, BJU, Maranatha. This church preaches from the King James Bible but not exclusively.

Our church is focused on knowing and understanding God’s Word and caring about the people in our community. Services at Pleasant Plains are friendly times of worshiping Christ and centering around His Word.  We’re not perfect, but at Pleasant Plains you’ll find people that love God supremely and love our community sacrificially. We are a friendly group of people that cares about the needs of others. Due to this fact, we are focused upon giving people what they need the most, the gospel. Simply stated, the gospel is the good news that anyone can receive complete and total forgiveness from God, not by their own merit but by accepting Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection as the substitute for their own sin problem. The greatest fact our church can be based upon is the truth that no one is too far gone, and Christ wants everyone to come to him. Through the years, HBC has been a missionary-minded church. Presently we are supporting 109 missionaries and projects. By God’s blessing and God’s people giving, the sun never sets on the ministry of HBC. Souls are won to Christ almost daily around the world. To God Be The Glory! The bus ministry, music, youth, AWANAs, ladies’ and men’s fellowships, LAF, Sunday School and Heritage Christian Academy are just parts of the ministries that continue to meet the total need of the individuals and families of HBC. God has given us the victory through His great and mighty things. He has proven to us and the world that “little is much when God is in it.” To God be the glory great things he has done!
