As our church begins this new season, MBC is diligently praying for the right candidate to become our Youth Pastor. This is an incredible opportunity to step into and move our youth ministry forward, having the full support of an amazing and dedicated church family.

Full-time or part-time, salaried position with the option to live in our beautiful three-bedroom parsonage, located just steps from the church.

Experience Requirements:

Theological and denominational qualifications:
Adheres to the King James 1611 of the Bible and Independent Fundamental Baptist, and Pre-Millennial dispensational core beliefs.

Communication and relationship skills:
Strong preacher, communicator, and relationship builder.
Able to connect with youth and their families on a personal level.
Able to create a warm and welcoming environment for all youth.

Leadership experience:
At least 2 years of experience as a key youth leader.
Ability to train, equip, and lead volunteers.
Ability to develop and implement effective youth ministry programs.
Ability to create and manage a budget and resources.
Experience working with multi-generational teams.

Personal qualities:
Dependable commitment to ministry, done with excellence.
Self-starter willing to take initiative. Flexible and adaptable.
Passionate about serving others.
A demonstrated commitment to building relationships with people of all ages.
A commitment and desire to bridge the generational gap.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Possesses a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
A prayerful longing for souls to be saved, dedicated outreach to them, and the ability to lead souls to Christ.
Desire and willingness to be mentored and learn from the Senior Pastor.
