Gospel Baptist Church is made up of friendly, loving people who together are serving the Lord Jesus Christ and are seeking to minister to the needs of others. We have ministries and activities for the entire family, from Preschoolers to Senior Citizens. We are an independent, fundamental, Bible believing church, dedicated to carrying out the great commission by reaching the lost with the Gospel and building up the believer with God’s Word. We believe that Christ can meet all of man’s needs, and we are working to carry this message to our city and even to the world through our missionary outreach. As we worship our Lord and enjoy the fellowship of believers, it is our aim and prayer that Gospel Baptist Church will bring honor and praise to the Lord Jesus Christ.

North Point Baptist Church has been at the present location for over 30 years. When the church was planted and located to 4980 University Parkway, it was more of a rural location. The city of Winston Salem has grown around the church, so that now the setting is anything but a country rural setting. The building is close to apartments, shopping centers, and a busy part of town. However the genuine hospitality to all who are looking for the true and living savior still is prominent among the congregation of this loving church. Expect to find people of different ethnic, and cultural backgrounds. Expect to find people of different age groups. Expect to find relevant Bible teaching, and genuine worship. Expect to find people genuinely interested in you, because we have experienced the love of Jesus for us. We look forward to meeting and welcoming you.
