From the bulletin: Welcome to Madera Baptist Church! Our purpose as a local New Testament church is to faithfully preach and teach the Word of God, as the Apostle Paul instructed Timothy (2 Timothy 4:2). Our message and teaching ministry is doctrinally solid and based upon the Bible, so that believers are taught to “grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 3:18). Our music is in accordance with Colossians 3:16–to glorify God in the words sung (with correct doctrine) and musically appropriate (with melody and harmony.)
