The Church – A Biblical House of Worship, is a theologically and socially conservative, Christ-centered church that preaches the whole counsel of God and the Gospel of salvation in Christ alone, by grace alone, through faith alone. On the Lord’s Day, The Church prays, sings Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs in obedience to Ephesians 5:19 and Colossians 3:16, and we sit under the expositional preaching of God’s Word. We believe God’s Word is inerrant, infallible, alive and powerful, and is the purest and final authority over all ministers and ministries in the churches and is sufficient for life and godliness.
The Church – A Biblical House of Worship observes the ordinances, i.e., the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of each month and we baptize all who have made a credible profession of faith in Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior. The Church meets on Sundays, at 10:15 AM for Bible school and at 11:00 AM for worship. We also meet on Wednesday Evenings at 6:30 PM for Bible study and prayer. Please visit us online at The Church.

I have been blessed to grow in this church since I was a young child. But more specifically, I have grown as a child of God because of the teaching and fellowship here. If you are looking for an intimate church family and Bible-based teaching, The Church is for you. It’s a house of worship that will help you spiritually thrive through God’s word and His grace. The Church is a God-honoring environment to not only learn but also serve. I am looking forward to see how God will continue to use this church for His glory.

Pastor MacDonald is a gifted expositor of the Word of God. His sermons are never boring and I learn historical facts and insights new to me as a seasoned Christian. So happy to have a pastor who preaches the “meat of the Word” and not milk!!! He and his wife are always willing to help in any way they can which shows me a lot about their Christian commitment.

It’s a great church, everyone makes you feel welcome there and is very friendly. Pastor MacDonald teaches scripture well and a true man of God. My son had brought my husband and I there and we are very happy we listened and went with our son here. I highly recommend this church for anyone in the area looking for a church to attend and want to learn God’s word.

My husband and I moved to Glen Spey, NY in 2016. We were looking for a church to call our own. We first went to The Church and then we went to another. But after looking , the Holy Spirit led us back to this church. Ps. Richard MacDonald is a man of God, truly led by the Holy Spirit. Church members are such a wonderful, welcoming, and friendly group. They made us feel comfortable. We are so grateful to be a part of this wonderful church.

A wonderful little flock, of which I count it all joy to be part of. The people of the church show a love of God’s Word, which is apparent especially in their conversation, and in the central place of Scripture in the service. As a musician, I am grateful for the congregation’s willingness to sing the biblical Psalms, and theologically rich hymns, singing to one another in Psalms, hymns, & spiritual songs, singing and making melody in their hearts to the Lord (Eph. 5: 19).
