Concho Baptist Church is an independent Baptist church in Coleman, Texas that has existed in Coleman since 1927. The Pastor is Aaron Mitchell.

At Concho Baptist Church, our vision is to exist as Jesus Christ told us to, by being a light to a darkened world. It is our desire that all who enter the doors of our church leave affected by Christ, challenged by the Word of God, and renewed by the fellowship with other believers.

Concho Baptist has traditional worship services, but with a casual, family atmosphere. We truly believe we are a family here.

We have the Following services with nursery during each.

  • Wednesday……………….6 pm

We do offer children’s programs for Sunday School, Children’s Church, and Wednesday Master Clubs Programs. Our Teen Department meets during Sunday School & Wednesday Night.

We support missionaries from several sending organizations and do not specialize with one particular agency. We fellowship with BBFI, IBFI, WBF, West Coast Baptist College, GIBF, and other independent pastors groups.

We are in need of a servant first and foremost. We are a small town of 4,500, but a growing church ministry. Our Youth and children’s programs run 70+ on Wednesday nights. The Youth saw 48 teens go to camp this summer 2024. We have a volunteer running the Youth at the moment who is training for ministry, but is not fully equipped for the position as of yet. As the Pastor I need steady qualified leadership in the Teens as well as someone flexible enough to help with other areas of ministry throughout the week. This position will be the second full time staff position at the church. God is doing remarkable things growing the ministry here consistently for the past 5 years to an adult attendance of 150-170 on Sundays. If you are servant minded, teachable, willing to work with and train another person for ministry, and ready for hard work and great blessing, please reach out to the Pastor.
